Brew Well to be Well® 

 
Preparation: For maximum benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 fl. oz freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract. 
 
Dosage: Drink 2 - 3 cups daily, at least 30 min before or after meals. To enhance benefits, add fresh lemon juice to taste. 
 
Cautions: Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription drugs. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product should be used for periods of up to 2 weeks, followed by a break before resuming. For adult use only.
