As a dietary supplement, take two capsules two times per day with water for the first 10-14 days (loading phase).  Take one capsule two times per day with water thereafter for maintenance.

Thrown away my walking stick

I shattered my knee joint 50 years ago when I was 18 in a motorcycle accident. I suffered for years with a bad limp and horrendous pain then I discovered Arthrolactin. I have taken two a day now since the doctors told me I needed a new knee joint to stop the pain. This proved to be not true I still have the old knee now over 15 years later, I have thrown away my walking stick which I had use daily and now enjoy riding my motorbike and walking pain free. I am still and will continue to take this wonderful supplement.P.S. Still taking it with same results in November 2017 a few more people have tried it without success but as normal things do not work for every one but it is well worth a try
