There are numerous Glucosamine/Chondroitin products on the market but I have found these invaluable for reducing the osteo-arthritic pain in both my knees, I guess because of the high dosage in these specific tablets. Prior to starting on these, I was in constant pain and visual swelling. Now the swelling is down and I am playing competitive tennis three days a week for 2 hours at a time. I swear by them and will be on them for the rest of my life! I take two in the morning, after breakfast and NEVER miss taking them. Just because the pain has stopped, don't stop taking these pills.I believe the MSM and Vitamin D also play a part, as I have tried the Superflex-3 and -6 from here, but for me, these Superflex-4 work and work well.
