I first started taking the Kyolic garlic capsules 100, because they are good for slightly raised blood pressure, and had the impression that they helped. I continued to take them for their good effect on the immune system, and I haven't had a cold for over two years now ! It would be antisocial to eat as much fresh garlic every day, as is in those capsules, which are surprisingly easy to swallow in spite of their size. i'll go on having one every day.
