My hubby struggles with IBS and Diverticulitis - usually attacks are stress induced. When my hubby gets 'stuck', he takes 3 of these softgels. They are very gentle in the way they work and it takes approximately a day for the pills to be effective. But they work very reliably and the end result feels very natural.
