Unlike many supplements, this has made a very different change to my body (it takes approximately 10 days to be noticeable): - Increased energy levels- Pre-menopausal levels of oil in the hair- Facial oil, but not too much - just enough to improve the post-menopausal dryness. Very much recommended for post-menopause women.

Iv noticed some improvement in my health. My anxity seems to be less. I sleep ok now, I do get some head pain. Feel as have some energy. It's still bit early to notice a big difference as have only been taking the supplements for 3 weeks. I was on antidepressants,by the doctor but have come off them due to side effects. Did not have any side effects with this. How ever with regards to the price of the supplements. I do like it when i can buy them on offer, that way I can purchase more than 1 bottle.
