Adults: Take 4 capsules three (3) times per day with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favourite beverage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
Children: (6 years to 12 years) 1/2 the adult dosage.
Use Advanced Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.
