Active Ingredients:
• Arsenicum Album 12X HPUS  (For: creeping, crawling itch)       
• Lycopodium 6X HPUS   (For: restless legs, better with activity)       
• Pulsatilla  (For: constant urge to move legs)
• Rhus Toxicodendron 6X HPUS   (For: restless legs, better with activity)       
• Sulphur 6X HPUS    (For: itching, tingling, urge to move legs)
• Zinc Metallicum 12X HPUS   (For: twitching and jerking of legs, while sitting)     

Inactive Ingredients: Lactose NF.


Directions +

Adults: Dissolve 2-3 quick dissolving tablets under tongue every 4 hours or as needed.
Children ages 6-12: 1/2 adult dose.

Warning: Ask a doctor before use if you are pregnant or nursing a baby. Consult a physician if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or if irritation persists. Keep this and all medications out of the reach of children. Do not use if imprinted tamper band is broken or missing. In case of accidental overdose, contact a poison control center immediately.
