My husband and myself have been using this particular make of Melatonin as this is the only one I could find without any additives eg. magnesium stereate etc. We both found it working well and as its only 3mg we were able to gradually increase it to 9-12mg. Its a shame the company does not seem to have bigger doses.

Okay but not great

I moved onto these after using a different brand that is no longer available. The previous pills I took were the same dosage and also not time release and yet they got me to sleep where as these do not unless I take two of them! It makes me wonder whether I can trust the stated dosage as I believe these have less melatonin in than they claim. Either that or the previous pills had more than they claim. Either way, I wish I could trust the stated dosage on these medications.
