Dosage: The product comes with 21 packs of several nutritional herbal compounds. It is recommended to consume up to 3 packs daily: One pack in the morning, one in the afternoon and the third at bedtime, daily for seven consecutive days. It is necessary that users also consume 8 ounces of water daily. A sensible intake of fresh fruits and vegetables daily is also recommended and avoiding processed foods.
